PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday-Thursday and have processing times of 2-3 business days.  Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will resume processing/shipping on Monday, excluding holidays. During instances of higher than usual volume, processing times are subject to change.

SHIPPING

USPS Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days (Next day shipping is available if order is placed before 11am CST.)

USPS Priority: 1-3 Business Days  

Shipping rates are determined by USPS based on customer location.  All orders that have a subtotal of $75+ will automatically have free shipping applied at checkout, no code is required.

Fabulous Boo-tique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you have reviewed your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. 

If a package is returned by the shipping company due to an incorrect address, the additional cost to reship the package is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of products provided, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

In the event that you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to assist with any issues.  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has already been shipped or processed, your order can not be cancelled or refunded.  If your order has not been processed, please submit cancellation at (fabulousbooqueen@gmail.com) within 24 hours from placing your order.  Upon cancellation, $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the restocking fee. No exceptions will be made.

COUPONS

Coupon codes are often shared via header, newsletter and social media. Coupon codes must be used at the time of placing the order and cannot be added afterwards.
